Pirate4×4.com Redesign

Pirate4×4.com has been a long time favorite website of mine and i am honored to get the job of redesigning it. The site is the largeset off-road related website in the world receiving over 1 million unique visitors per month and a message board that has over 70,000 members. With such a large audience the site offers effective advertising oportunities to companies both within and outside the off-road market. A site redesign has been long overdue and we plan to roll out a design that not only reflects Pirate4×4’s hard core image but aids in attracting even more traffic and advertisers. Above is the first style concept for the site i did. I love the look of chrome against rust, kind of that rat rod look where you’d see a chromed out engine in a half rusted rod. I have no idea where i will take this but i hope i am able to come up with something cool!
